To teach your kids how to make the best food choices, keep it real simple. Yes, this works for grown-ups, too! We teach that your primary daily food choices should come from foods that “God grows”: foods that can be grown in a garden, in an orchard or raised on a farm. Kids seem to get this concept pretty quickly.
